Distinguished Colleagues,

I see the Muster is down as a GCLRO trip - all right! :D Kat and I will be back from our around Oz trip by then and are keen to go - we went years ago and it was a top weekend. :twobeers:

Question - will someone from the club organise tickets or shall I just book 2 tickets now (with camping)? Also - this "trip" will be discussed and sorted here on the web whilst we are away - so I'm registering my intention right here, right now as I won't be in a position to do so closer to the time

Dan.

To put it on record before anyone else says it... its always on the calendar as i put it there :D:D:D

Organise your own tickets and I will see you up there ;)

Personally i feel that with a bit of interest we could get a few up for a great weekend. I love the festival and Camo had a good time on his couple visits.

We'll lock it in... our usual plan is to get up about mid-morning Friday and pay for a two day ticket... get up late on sunday, make brekky, pack up and take off :)

Also suggest whoever gets in first grabs a site big enough for all of us :D

:D:D:D - Love it! OK - Kat and I will get a couple of the 2 day tickets and see you up there - I'll probably be there first so I'll grab half a paddock. ;)

Kat and I will be up there from around lunch time Friday - we will be in our white Mazda 626 (710EDF) though. Our tan/brown Freedom touring tent is something to look out for too. - hope we can hook up with y'all :twobeers:.

Hi guys.

Have you been before?
We went three years ago and although we didn't camp (was working nearby so stayed there) you can't just rock up on Friday and expect a big area all to yourselves. The show started yesterday and people would have been there before then. People have huge setups with bars and all sorts of craziness. There is a prize for best campsite.
Was absolutely chockablock and the area is so big and full that you can get buses from the outer carparks and campsites to the main gate.
It was so full in some areas in the year we were there you were literally walking through/around peoples campsites just walking down the footpath.

Great fun though!

Well i'd love t get there but time has really crept up on me unfortunately with this one... just can't find the 3 days to get away now... and too far to go for 1 night (did that last year).

Have a brilliant time as i know you will... i absolutely love the Muster and been going for over 20 years now... hate to miss them... guess i'll be hanging out for Mud Bulls and Music now instead ;)

Yep - I've been before. I know what it's like. I don't expect a big area all to ourselves - was just letting other members know what to look out for if they wanted to hook up with us.
