Anybody on the forum have one of these?
They look neat, just wondering how they compare to a Sabrelight torch?

Never seen a Sabrelight but I saw the Wolfeyes at a 4WD show last year. Looked pretty strong. They had one of display that you could try to break. If you broke it they'd give you a new one. People were giving it a good working over but I didn't see it break. Did more damage to the wooden block it was being smashed onto.

Hi all, their most expensive torch seems to be $1100, so it would want to be near indestructable. How good can they be to justify that sort of price? My old Maglite is still going strong and cost about one twentieth of that.Cheers, 130man.

I use Pelican Sabrelite torches at work, very good but the non-LED ones do go through batteries quickly. No experience with Wolf-Eye torches though. Sabrelite are, like most Pelican products, well mad and well sealed.

I have been looking at getting one of these torches because when compared to maglites etc. the weight and size of one of these LED torches are like 1/10th and they have as good if not better light output and many other positives. I assume battery life is also superior.

I'm not bagging maglite because I have used my 6 cell to hammer in tent pegs, use as a hammer and many more things but....

The only thing about these is the cost and the other popular brand I know f which is called surefire (i think it is spelled) seem good too so I will have to look in to which is better on that front.

I have a MINI MAGLITE@ LED happy with that. Don't know about pelican sabrelight but pelican cases are good if not expensive.

I have experienced these torches at work and recommend them. Very good quality, rechargable batteries and being LED long battery life.
I have used sniper, storm and crocodile.
I have a sniper for personal use. It is a small tactical torch which is much brighter than a mag light but much smaller.
It also has four functions (three light settings and a strobe)

The crocodile is an extremly bright torch. ($1100) You can not even compare this to a maglight other than the size. Its handle ( battery storage )is the same size as mag light handle with large bezel. The output of this light is amazing and must be seen to believe.

The company is also good to deal with.
