Same here. A full scan a week ago came up with 2 x Trojan horse viruses. Nothing since. Since loosing all my data years ago to a virus of some sort I do a full scan twice a week and a partial scan on start up daily.

Hi Ian ;

I'm also very paranoid about Viruses :D I've scheduled Symantec to Scan my entire system once a week , on top of that I check for updates on a regular basis and update and run a Full Scan as well...:)

Sorry if a link I posted had a trojan horse.
If I'd known, obviously I would'nt have posted it :angel:

I use Nortons and it automatically scans. On some links it bleeps, but nothing on that link.
My system is fine.
There are so many nasties out there its almost a non event anyway as anyone surfing without an anti virus system is doomed.

I had "Vet"(or AC), but i got bugged out bigtime / won't buy them again

I use "Trend micro" software, no problems yet

and "yes, i know" to all Mac users, no virus problems to your system

No such problems here.

My system gets scanned daily by AVG, the "active surf-shield" thing also scan websites before you go there. Then there's zone alarm, peer guardian and ad-aware.;)

Thanks for the head-up though!

I went back there to check and its still there. Avast seems to have no problem dealing with it.
I ran symantic for quite a while but found too much stuff getting through. Then came across a couple that AVG kept missing, so far Avast seems to be doing well.
If anyone clicked on that link and your av didn't pick it up its probably on your system now, good luck :)
