Where can I buy Defender Seat Covers ?

I am looking for Defender Canvas seat covers - particularly for the rear seats in a 130, to protect them from some (soon to be large) enthusiastic dogs.

Anyone know who sells such a thing ?

Black duck would be worth looking at, i think they do a full bench seat cover. Most 4wds shops should sell them...

Land Rover make them, but they are damned expensive :eek:

Supercheap or Repco probably have something that will fit with a little altering.

I got one of the local sheep skin places to whip up some seat covers for the front seats in the Disco. The pair cost less than a single LR branded one B)

Knowing how big and dirty those dogs will get, I would suggest that you look at canvas seat covers from someone like Black Duck, Takala (like ours)or Michelles Sacks, also a cheaper alternative which I am considering for the fronts on ours is Trackabout Campers do make canvas seat covers to order, might not be as pretty as the others but after all it is only a Defender:D

Are the 110 and 130 rear seats the same? Prob not, but if so, Britax make tailored waterproof seat covers, just bought some from this mob for my disco. They fit the Disco quite well, and the local waterproof covers were no cheaper.

I don't know what you consider expensive but I paid about $100 per row of seats, delivered in one week from the UK.

They have gone - they were'nt canvas, but a nylon type:cool:

Vlad, what I've done is fold the 2/3 seat up and have a large piece of foam down on the seat box with a cotton sheet folded up on it for my Lab.
It's a little more secure and comfortable for her.
She goes with me most places, including work most days.

You'll also become adept at reaching through and winding the back window up and down.......

i have been looking for covers for the 07 defender, not easy and expensive about $600 plus delivery. melville and moon do 07 defender tehy are south african and very veryu slow at replying to e mail so still not got a price but exmoor trim sell them in the uk.
found michelle sac and black duck do them for defenders before 07 model. again not cheap but i guess they last a long time so probably worth it i the long run
