There was an offer from the All British Day (August at the Kings School, Nth Parramatta) that the LROCS could have extra area possibly an entire sports field to hold displays. The day fits well with LR being one of the few remaining British marques. I know that we will have representation and more are welcome but I don't know about any displays like winching etc.
The day is a good day out for the entire family, everything British for over a century of motoring as well as an art display and children's activity in the adjacent school.

Come along to the All British Day instead. 17th August at Kings School Pennant Hills Road North Parramatta. You don't have to be a member of a Club and you can enter your car in the judging as well.

you can enter your car in the judging as well.I somehow think that a modified Defender 130 will not be thought of too highly in the All British Day Concours ;).
I'll be there but I'll be Land Roverless unless Little Scouse learns to drive in the meantime :(.

Going HOT PINK for the day?
People will talk, is it Concourse?????????????????? or is it 1 in a million?

No, not pink (or lilac) on that day, I'll be in the 'real' Morris Minor :).
Your County might be referred to as 'poo brown' but my '48 MM is referred to as 'baby poo brown' by some unkind folk :(.
Unfortunately, I have to agree as I have experienced quite a bit of the latter in the last 11 months .

I'm of the other opinion - Land Rovers were always a working marque and it is very appropriate for a modified Land Rover to be present.
After it is All British Day, :) Not the All Elegant British Car Day.
Most car enthusiasts appreciate everything automotive and those who don't have a problem. It is important that a whole variety of Land Rovers are present and as a "stop press" it appears that the LROCS, the Range Rover Club of NSW and some of the Land Rovers from the Rover Owners Club will be in a single joint display. There are even Military Land Rovers booked in and several are not LROCS members. Other non-club members will be welcome but it would be best to contact the LROCS so we can make allowances.
There is an LROCS meeting Tuesday next, and you can send a message through the club website, via members of the committee on this forum or even via me if you like.
