Nope! I've driven through some of the worst rain I ever have, (couldn't see the front of the bonet at times), the other weekend and all remained dry. I actually phoned the dealer to complain that he may have sold me a disco....

No leaks here in the cabin - and it has been driven in a few of the most torrential downpours we've had over summer.

I have found evidence of some water in the rear cargo area under the matting on the wheel-arch boxes. There are certainly still a few holes where water can come UP from underneath. One leak we did have up front through the driver's side door was the result of the door seal not being seated correctly and was easily fixed.

I test drove one that had only 150km on it and it was leaking on my right foot. (One of the few days in Melbourne that it has rained)
The leak came from the seal between windscreen frame / firewall.

haven't noticed any leaking on ours yet...

it sat on the driverway for the 2 really bad storms we had go through sydney a few weeks back and the only thing that leaked and got soaked was the roof top tent:mad:

I know this is off topic but can you new owners confirm if the ECU on the Puma has been moved from under the seat (TD5) to the back of the engine bay?

Yes. The ECU is mounted on the firewall higher than where it used to be under the seat and in a fully sealed box.

I had heard of this standard defer feature but couldn't believe how many there actually are. Base of widscreen seal, air vents, both door seals at the front, top of windscreen on the right hand side and the little rivets at the back of the cab, on the utes, which are installed on the horizontal surface below the corner window. All of these are of course easily fixed by the competent handyman but they are amasing for a vehicle shich costs 50grand new.

Also leaks oil from the rocker cover, oil vapor recovery can, front diff, gearbos, transfer case and rear diff. I suppose these will solve themselves as I replace what must be dud seals and such. Mine also seems to occasionally leak fuel from the cap on the rear tank. I have learned to try to make sure it is seated centrally on the spout as it seems to move around a bit.
