There has been reports of this behaviour also in the sunshine state a couple of years ago when the put the transit lane in on the south east free way.

A few people were caught doing this on Lutwyche Road a couple of years ago. A photo even made The Courier-Mail of a doll in hat, sunglasses, wig, and coat in a car.

You could vary the clothing & appearance from day to day, school or police or nurse or military uniform (take note Mrs. Numpty), skin colour, hair style, gender, facial hair, hardware, tough pictures.
