View Full Version : Annoying squeek all gone cheaply

After much tooing and froing I bit the bullet and went to buy a serpentine belt tensioner pulley ($275) due the squeeking noise was doing my head in.
Ebay: got one for $105 delivered and got it in two days...
once the plastic seal go's between the tensioned halves man doesn't it make a noise...;)

I bought myself a 2001 V8 D2 last week and I have the same problem with a noisy serpentine belt tensioner pulley, I was wondering how difficult it is to change the pulley and secondly, who on ebay did you get it off.

Quinny, one nut to undo and on Ebay just do a search under Landrover and it will come up.. gary4wd I think from memory.

I have used this ebayer and he has been great. Good price, quick to post etc.

Happy to use him again.
