Is there anything special I need to do as far as operating my Td5 in regions like New England tablelands in winter.
In late July this year we will be going through Armidale, Glen Innis, Forbes, Parkes etc on our way back north. The thread on Alpine Diesel got me thinking (always a bad sign). Do I need to be prepared for fuel issues as the vehicle will spend a few nights out of doors in this region.
Coolant wise I know I'm OK, but I've never run diesels in cold regions before, whole new thing to me. Hell it never gets much below 15C here and even then its only for half an hour at something like 4am one morning in July.
Any advise welcome ;)
