Hi guys and gals,
Thought I would drop a quick note to introduce myself. I have just bought an 1985 County with Isuzu motor in it. I am having a little separation anxiety at the moment as work has me 400km from my landy.
I had a quick browse of the forum and see that my problems are not unique. At the moment she does not turn off so Chop Hock Hong may soon get an email.
Great forum, I look forward to contributing soon and will post pics as soon as I am home again.:)

At the moment she does not turn off if its the shutoff solenoid not operating, check the relay that controls it. It should be in a little metal can on or near the firewall, and can be disassembled, cleaned and reassembled.
Anyway, excellent choice Sir :D

The whole shutoff motor can be disassembled and repaired quite easily to, it will be in a blue canvas type bag................generally connected to the cable that shuts off the fuel pump:D

Hi Hi
Thanks for the warm welcome to the forum (my first one by the way so be gentle).
I bought the landy in Sydney, where I usually live but at the moment work has me in Dubbo.
Thanks for the insight into the shutoff solenoid, I will attempt to pull apart next time I am in Sydney. (can't wait:cool:)
Catch ya later
