After recently returning from Alice Springs, a few of you might be interested in the price of Diesel along the way.
Adelaide - $1.79 P/L
Port Augusta - $ 1.83 P/L
Marla - $2.16 P/L
Alice Springs - $1.93 P/L i(f my memory serves me right??)
Coober Pedy - $1.98 P/L
Glendambo - $1.98 P/L
Port Augusta - $1.85 P/L
Sea Lake (Vic) - $1.85 P/L
I understand fuel at Rabbit Flat is at $3.00 P/L or close to it.
Fortunately we only had to stop for food, etc at Marla. And didnt have to purchase any fuel.
Anyhow, the trip and the Finke Desert Race was great.
