Highway Thunder - Sunday 14th September 2008

In 2007, about 500 vehicles joined forces and travelled down the M1 from Yatala to the Gold Coast with balloons and purple ribbon proudly flying in the wind.

If you would like to become involved with Highway Thunder 2008, will leave from Bunnings Warehouse Harbour Town at 8am on the day. Registration is $10 per vehicle. The convoy will finish at Yatala Drive-In Theatre where there will be rides, food and a great band to welcome participants.

For more information contact marketing@bravehearts.org.au. You can download a registration form below.

I'm there.....do we have a list running for this as it would be good to get a good club participation. Depending on numbers I would also suggest our club meets somewhere else first (perhaps Westfield shopping centre Helensvale?) so we arrive and depart as one;)

Harry and I had a good run (with partners)... was a good turnout from what i could see and ran a lot smoother than last year... also more convenient as everyone met at the bunnings harbour town and cruised up to the drive-in.

Will find some pics to upload soon.

And we won't mention the phone call i got from camo asking if a charity cruise was on today as he passed us in the opposite direction
