1. most likely the PSU has died, does the PSU fan spin when it is powered up?
2. Could be, (but unlikely) be the power switch, trace the x2 wires back from the switch to the two pins they connect to on the mobo. cross the two pins with a small flat head screwdriver, still doesn't power up?
3. pull the ram and all other cards out of the box, disconnect keyboard and mouse. once they are all out try to power up. If you still get no post beep put the ram back in, try again.
Still no post beep? Throw it in the bin.

Check to see if any of the capacitors have popped tops.

First thing I would do is to pull the video card & then ram to see if you get any beeps.
like everyone else said - check PSU & what not. Make sure everything is seated nice.
Also... the other week fixing my house mates PC I was fooled in to thinking a mobo had gone, turned out there was a sharp kink in the ide cable... so check over all cable & massage them with your fingers to make sure they are smooth. a short in them will cause a mobo not to boot - even with the hard drives power unpluged!
Funny an RZ is mentioned as well as that was one mobo I got working the same weekend for a mate. double check a few things, I re-read up on those mobo's, they were awesome for their time.
asus rock tho.... lol :)
