Anybody know if they're any good quality wise? What about the seller - they OK?

They look ok to me. The seller has plenty of feedback and a good reputation at 99% plus. I'd buy from them.

He has heaps for sale if you check out his listings. For $30 plus postage they look good. I'm going to order a set Stu. I'll post if I have any issues.
