Hi , We recently drove down the Birdsvill Track towing a camper trailer and copped a rock in the back window  ...I have the window but want to know if there are any tricks to fitting it?

Thanks

Can't help with the fitting as we had ours done through insurance, we get one replacement window/screen a year.

BUT, after you fit it, fit a stone guard to your camper (if you haven't already got one) and a rear window protector to your rear window.

I did this to my Disco, it's a Patrol i know, but you get the idea:D

We have a stone guard, and it worked well for the other thousands of stones, but it took just one to get past....lesson learn't! Anyhow, thanks for the advise, i'll definitly putting in a perspex shield next time!

Thanks, i found some who was happy to come out and fit the second hand glass i found locally. The fellow came out to my place and fitted the glass for $50. Well happy with that.

I'd swap 50 bucks for this--
