disco 96 spider?

Got a Disco 96 V8 thats playing up at times
All the usual suspect electric bits have been replaced (Dizzy cap / rotor / module / leads ect ect)

Still likes to play up / shut down / idle funny ... basicly it has unrelated spaz attacks / then runs fine ... and sometimes won't start (I remembered the story on the chemist one)

Does this one have the "Spider Alarm" ?????
They like to play up ... so you stick in a bridging plug to simply cancel it out?

Am i one the right track or just way off base ;)

it would help and eliminate it casuing problems but at a guess u may need to look else were.
i found the base plate in the dizzy on mine loose that solved a lot of things

Now that is a new one on me ... must have driven you nuts to find that to be the problem :D
