Thanks for the tip mate. Im actually chasing 2nd hand bits as all of my car air suspension was removed. I plan to set up my own control system and use the wolf ecu i have to control the raising/lowering at speed.
So really all i need is the tank (factory would be easiet to install) and bags and cones. I wouldn't like to buy new factory cones/mounts.
cheers

Try also Airbagman
Airbag Man Automotive Range Rover (http://www.airbagman.com.au/Light%20Vehicle/rangerover.html)
or
Rover renovations www.rover-renovations.com (http://www.rover-renovations.com)
You can get the standard spring set up with bags and cones for about $150 per corner.
The Arnott's are more expensive but it depends what you want.

I've got some old ones for the P38A - including the cones. I threw the aluminium ones in my aluminium scrap bin. I can fish them out.
Almost any LR specialist will have stuff they have removed from cars. I know my local bloke does.

Ron, the cones are different on the P38 I believe. The bags themselves are supposed to be interchangeable though.

I'll check with my local LR guys. They usually throw them in the alloy scrap bin.

Thanks for the tip mate, I have tried Linrover and they didn't have laying around at this stage. Will try rovertech today but im pretty sure Kevin had a big clean out last year and got rid of alot of stuff.

I know its been a while since you asked but I have a valve block. No idea of the condition as my car had coils when I bought it (1993se). All I know is I found the compressor was shot when I checked it out so the block might be good?
I am in Coogee if you are interested, Its a freebee.
A question, is the air tank pressure switch closed, ie allows current through when there is low pressure in the tank or vis versa

Switch is NO at low pressure, NC at high pressure.

A bit off topic but not to far, My `93 has had a coil conversion in the past, I have now repaired the compressor and rigged it up with std air tool fittings as an on board air supply / tyre inflater. I thought I would be able to use the pressure switch in the tank to turn off the compressor but now I cant see how as the switch is off at low pressure and on at high. Any ideas?

Wire the compressor up through a 30A changeover relay. Wire the switch to provide and earth to the 85 pin (one side of the switch to the relay the other too earth) Wire up the signal side of the compressor relay to the 30 terminal. When the switch goes NC at full tank pressure the relay will change over and disconnect the 87A terminal and shut off the compressor.:)

BIG BIG thanks to Wayne for the suspension valve block. being doing a bit of testing and it seems to be a good'un. To date my air suspensions retrofit has cost me $20 for a coil of 8mm airline and $190 for a compressor (which was purchased for pumping up tires anyway.....:D)
Thanks to everybody who has handed over parts. Im still chasing any other parts (as insignificant as they may seems) to carry on with the projet so if any body has anything please let me know
cheers

G'day Lucus,
I've just completed refitting EAS to my 94 classic that had coils when I bought it- the compressor was shot. Following the advice from this forum, I bought the overhaul kit for the valve block from Rover Renovations- cost about AU$35 landed from US, kit includes all the o-rings for the valve block plus those for the air-line fittings on the tank and springs. Just noticing that you have purchased a valve block of unknown condition and history, might be worth doing whilst you are at it. The Rover Reno site has full downloadable instructions.

Looks like a good thread to jump into.
I'm keen to install air springs into the rear of my Disco1. Maybe all round but just rear to start with.
Was thinking of using standard RRC bits. Either utilising a height sensor or just two pressure gauges and running off my already fitted ARB compressor.
Don't want to buy new bags til I test things out.
Anyone got any parts they want to throw away?
I don't really know what I need yet.
I'm happy to pay postage, donations, favours etc :)
Thanks
Lucus

*bump*
Still chasing parts guys,
I need 4 suspension hieght sensor and a comrpressor. Any condition will do for the compressor as It will cop a rebuild anyway. Prefer non-stuffed height sensors
Also chasing any wiring/airline/whatever people have laying around thats EAS associated.
cheers
