i HAVE HAD 2 EMAILS , ONE FROM SKYBLUE AIRLINES AND THE SECOND FROM ALASKAN AIRLINES. If you get anything like these DO NOT open any part of them. Fool me did the first one because the "airline"states they have booked your flight and debited your credit card. I took almost all of yesterday to rid my computer of a number of nasty virusses that infected it, EVEN THOUGH I RUN VIRUS FILTERS ETC.ETC. I only hope I have cleaned them all out. Jim

hmmm, better check my Norton updates.

I guess I shouldn't check one of my new CNN spam emails to see what the airline email spam is all about. :(

There is always one Mac user out there! Like toys where you pull the string and out comes one of about three sentences.

Some of us have to use P.C. because Mac are still not 100% compatible with the programs our employers run. :(

We've had about 3 different versions of this already. Avast! Antivirus took care of them all. I must remember to mask the email address that is getting all of the traffic. Must be a lot of bots out there trolling for email addresses.

Cheers

I received it today but from a different airline. Mailwasher (which screens all my incoming mail) blacklisted it on receipt.

Yeah! Add to this unsolicited, unnamed e-cards, and UPS "delivery not possible" e-mails (when you haven't posted anything!!). We got a dose of Antivirus XP 2008 from one of these, along with various other malware!

Mailwasher is a good program to have in order to have a bit of a look at anything suspicious, before it gets into your e-mail program.

Cheers,

Lionel

I like the way Maiwasher shows you to where a hot link is pointing. It's then often obvious that the apparently genuine email is a fake.
