What about this from a first time poster on the OL forum (he didn't like people saying he was spamming):


I never met or read so much crap from such a bunch of precious sooks.

Please send me the international convention of forum posting and i will be happy to adhere by it.

furthermore, I thought a member was anyone who registered ? i might be wrong, but i didnt read anywhere where it said i had to make 3000 posts before im classed as a "member"

Im not selling viagra but i tell you what i think some of you guys need it - in other words harden up and get over it.

Generally no not abrasive. We all can come across the wrong way sometimes due to the nature of text. The trick is knowing when to back off and or appologise.

This thread's been fun to read, though it did spur me on to consider, again, the many times I've come across abrasive. Mostly when I'm trying to be funny, or clever. Sorry, all. In advance and hindsight.
