fcn "fn" command

please help me....how do i disable the 'fn' command on my laptop keyboard?
it activates numbers on the letter keys on the rhs of the keybd.......thanks

Sitting at my desktop I think it is

fn + Numbers Lock

at the same time.

try this but do a b/u first.

Try saving the following as a .reg file, run it, restart:
