I am all ready to wire in to my Battery, but the ends that came with the waeco harness, are too small to connect to my battery, question to those of you who are good at these things, is ok to cut back and replace with bigger connectors, or can the connectors be wired to some other place with in the battery compartment, theere seems to be a lot more going on in there??

Presuming you a talking about a WAECO fridge ?
Not sure what "wiring harness" you are talking about. The standard Waeco lead comes with a cig lighter / heavy duty combo plug at the end.
They do make a heavy duty wiring accessory kit ( RAPS12R-U2) which you wire direct to the car battery - is that what you are referring to ?
I helped someone wire one of those up in a Prado on the weekend - it was very simple - the crimp terminals provided were OK for attaching to the bolts on the battery terminals.
We need a bit more info.

Yes the wiring kit, you can pull the eyelets off and fit larger ones!

As T2 said if you are connecting the wires to the battery and the holes in the supplied eyelet crimps don't fit your battery then get ones that do. Although if they nearly fit you could ream the eyelets out a little bit.
There might be other places to connect it depending on what the vehicle is but the best place is straight to the battery.

Sorry I deleted my post after Tombie replied as I though I was way off track. (post now reinstated)
The RAPS12R I fitted on the weekend came with two round lug terminals that fitted OK over the tightening bolts on the battery terminals - in fact they were a bit big. These terminals were loose in the kit, not already crimped to the cable. Anyway as said - if the're not the right size just go to Repco or somewhere and get some bigger ones.
Little hint - you'll find it a bit easier if you're feeding the cable through the firewall, if you cut the fuse off and refit it later.

I have run the cable fromthe rear tub under the car, and into the battery box, was very easy.... and thanks for the info..
