Passenger Side Window Regulator

Hi,
My front passenger side electric window on the D2 moans and bumps at the end as it goes up. Any traps or tricks to changing the window regulator?
In fact how do you get the inside door skin/trim off?

Any detail from someone who has done one is appreciated before I go jumping in. (Time thing - lack of) :(

you should be able to do a search on this, there is a plastic guide in the regulator which wears or snaps, you can just replace this if the regulator isnt damaged from excessive stresss.

also a good coating of the channels with graphite (used in door locks) will have the window running smoothly again. suggest you do all your window channels, makes a big difference to how easily the windows go up and down and can prevent all previously mentioned issues.

When I did mine I used a large plastic kitchen impliment - kind of a fork thing to prise the numerous clips that hold the door trim on. If I can find the picture I will post it.
