TD5 EGR Removal kit group buy

Hi all

Im doing a group buy on the TD5 EGR removal kit for forum members in conjunction with Total Rover Tech.

The final price will be available and updated in this thread very soon,
Mike is working on the GBP to Aus Dollar price conversion as we speek.

The kit consists of
1x Alloy pipe to replave the standard EGR valve.
1x Gasket for the alloy pipe.
1x Blanking plate for the exhaust or EGR cooler model dependant.
2x Vacuum solenoid blanking plugs.

These kits are made by me and sold in the UK by many other companys including TD5 alive

I have, however, not received a couple of replies confirming payment etc...

Those who have not received an Email TODAY stating your EGR kit has been despatched please respond to me ASAP...

If I havent heard anything by friday I will offer the remaining kits to other persons...

Thanks guys for this.... got mine delivered a week ago and did the swap last night.

Just through me a bit why there were 2 rubber caps when only one is needed...unless I missed something..... I gather the vacuum pipe the filters off the vacuum pump - brake servo line remains connected.

Or can we use a cap to block off that "t" piece so that the whole modulator can be removed.

Yes you can block of the "T" as long as the brake servo stays connected its ok.

Got mine last week, installed it on Monday, bit fiddly but not beyond the average DIY bloke (me;)), much less turbo lag than before, and pickup seems quicker... One happy customer!!
