tyre section

Hi Guys , Looking on the forum in the last few days there has been a lot of tyre questions . Now Inc or Outlaw would it be worth making a tyre and wheel section ? I think it would be a good thing for the forum :D;)

Yeah but where do you draw the line? Perhaps we should have a bullbar section or a suspension section?

Can that much really be said about tyres? my 2 cents worth...

I once ask for tuff truck type section and I got shot down just enjoy it mate and let the powers to be do the controlling :D

Hey Fusion , dunno if this any help but all the 4x4 mags do regular tyre/wheel comparos, and it is really easy to email the editor asking for the info you want. They will often be able to send a copy of the mag to you or give you an archive address from their websites. There's really heaps of info out there or you could ask everyone you know who uses different tyres and rims to you and they will all tell you that theirs is fantastic and yours is ****. good luck with your search

It would be good to have a section like "Good oil" that was designated to just tyres that when people post another thread in the general section you can direct them to it rather than getting shot down when you ask them to use the search function.

I do think it would be a good thing seems it would almost be the most frequently posted threads.

What we need to do is to do our own comparo.

Lobby the tyre co's to supply free sets of tyres to us users of AULRO for testing and we will give them an ohnest write up on how they went.:D

I dont know how we would go with that but I'd be happy if I just got 1 free set as would anyone here I would recon regardless of what they were :p
