It'd be nice if it did, but IIRC Isuzu OHC engines are a fair bit taller than the venerable 4BD1... I think there would be clearance issues. :(

Yes.
I think my peak power is currently down a bit (estimate around 170hp) due to a 2 1/4" exhaust with an ugly muffler.
But I do have the 520Nm of torque from around 1800rpm up.
