If you could wave a magic wand........

G'day All,

Having a wee bit of a slow day here in the office....dreaming of what I'd love to be doing. So if you had a magic wand, what would you ideally be doing...can be work related/ lifestyle/family etc. You may not need the magic wand and already doing what you love. For me, if I could wave a magic wand, it would be on minimum of 4-500 acres...ideally over 1000 acres, farming goats. I'm working on it at the moment, but if only I had the magic wand :). For me its a lifestyle thing and a passion for farming, plus for my children as well to be able to ride, shoot, explore and be at one with the earth. I'd buy a 130 to get around the farm in and spend my days outside. So where would your magic wand take you?

I'd be doing the same. A couple of thousand with cattle. Actually, I'd love to be touring the top end right now.

I'd be back in the island of Capri, swimming around the Blue Grotto's with my wife...then heading back to our ( fantasy ) villa for dinner and wine with my entire circle of friends...bliss.

running a combination business much like the ADF where all branches support each other (ie the doc that looks after the mechanic and his family for free as part of the mechanics benefits package gets his car fixed for free as part of docs benefits package)

The primary retail to the community is a caravan park with a dive shop near the busselton jetty where as part of the arrival price you get a free go over the pit for an inspection of your car and van and as part of the diving if you haven't had a medical you get a free go at a diving medical if you purchase X number of dives....

Secondary retails to the community would be from the support elements of the primary business (dentists, day care center for the workers, yard care gear, recovery equipment, bulk order foods, legal advise, courier runs to major business centers)

Yeah I should have also noted that if I had a magic wand I would cast that pic away:). And Vlad if I get it together, more than welcome to come and eat some goat casserole and do a spot of vermin cleansing :twisted:. One place I have in my file is about 2000 acres with feral goats, pigs and deers, though would use the feral goats for breeding stock.
