D1 rhf electric window.

Hi all
Ive got no power to my rhf electric window. any one got any tips on what the problem could be? common faults etc?
Is there some one out there who can supply me with a wiring diagram for the electric windows. I kept putting off getting a rave CD to, and will buy one soon, but i need to fix this asap.
any help appreciated

Hi, there is a common problem with the window lift ECU where they get "dry" solder joints & can cause anything from intermittent window operation to nothing happening at all !The ECU is located behind the glove box on the left side.You need to lower the glovebox lid then with a hand on each side lift up the spring loaded catches so they pass through the recesses in the lid so the glove box can swing right down.Then unbolt the ECU ,there are two small nuts holding it on , it is sitting side on so you will need to unplug the two electrical conectors.It is a black plastic box.When it is out of the car carefully unclip the casing revealing the circuit board & look carefully at the underside especially under where the relays are.Then re-solder any cracked or broken joints you see.Refit & it should work fine.
