Rear Power Windows

Hi all from Afghanistan
My 96 TDi back home the rear windows are playing up that being they work then they don't, any idea's on a fix please.

That's why I'm 13000ks away and I can tell her over the phone, if she starts I'll do the manly thing, and show her who's boss (hang up and ring her later).
