I am repalcing my def 94 windscreen and the tinted one (slightly green) has a blue shading at for teh top 2-3 inches.
This is apparently standard, is this correct and any thoughts on this, they are coming tomorrow morning to install so please help.

It's common with aftermarket windscreens but it's personal preference in the end.
If you're tall, it may be an inconvenience.
If you're short, it may be beneficial.
Genuine windscreens don't have the band if you are concerned.

I'm quite tall, so will probably affect me.
Don't want to buy genioune windscreen for double the price though.
Will the clear windscreen also come with this blue shaded strip?

Will the clear windscreen also come with this blue shaded strip? No idea - ask the supplier. You might get a choice.
Have you checked on a genuine screen, either from a dealer or LR supplier?
I would be surprised if you can't get one for a fair bit less than $200.
