D1 Brake Booster Hissing

Noticed today that my 97 tdi hisses when sitting at idle with your foot hard on the brake.
Doesn't hiss if you take your foot off.
Anything to try/test, or am I up for a new booster?

I'm assuming then that the Rangie booster is the same as the D1?

Would be very similar if not the same.D1/Classic Rangie are basically same vehicle different body.
I also just posted in tech chatter for names of suppliers selling them.

I bought a brand new defender one from karcraft in silverwater the other week for $180, I'd say a disco one would be a similar price.
