I could have a guess afterwards. :DNah :p.

For instance, the loadspace cover Harry is after in another thread is a mere $830.89.

Absolute bargain ;).

Thanks for all of your advice. The loadspace cover which I found is too far away from Sydney, then tey charge me very expensive for P&H. That's why I am looking for the one in Sydney.

All the best,
Harry

I have a quote from Landrover Dealer in Parramatta is 460+GST. However, I don't need the new and expensive one. I want the secondhad one.

Have you hit the phone book for wreckers? Most areas have LR specific ones. Otherwise, give BMI a call, but that will be a new one also.

cheers!

Yes, I have. But all of them are not in Sydney. I expected it is around $50-$70. I just need it works. They all asked $100-$130 incl GST + P&H ($25-$45).

I a still looking somewhere else. Hope to find someone near Sydney to collect it easily.

Cheers,

I need loadspace cover, right now. I have spoken with British Off-road and ALLFord. They all asked me $150 delivered to my house.

Hope you can help me to find the cheaper things.

Thanks,
Harry

If you were not in a hurry - they come up on ebay fairly regularly.

What is so urgent about a load cover - they are just a bit of vinyl set up as a blind - just to hide stuff - they do not do anything else except be a pita when you need to fold down the seats to carry bulky stuff.

Ahh. OK. As you had another thread about needing a loadspace cover, I thought this one was about needing different accessories.

Try Davis Performance Landys in Annangrove, or Graeme Cooper in Newtown, or Land Vehicle Spares in Silverdale. Graeme and LVS wreck Land Rovers, not sure about Davis.

Thanks and I will try. However, not many items being listed in Ebay australia. By the time I was in the UK, I could buy it very easily.

Well, the Freelander has an appalling reputation in Australia and as such a lot of people would never buy one. It was a big seller in the UK and Europe but a very poor seller here.

No, no. That is the result as the Australian ppl used to buy petrol ver only. But diesel version is fine.

I found that the traffic condition here is very different from the UK. Especially on motor way, here is more frequently up and down in slopping condition.

anyway, I am in Australia now.:)

Great you're here now, yes our highways and motorways do follow the undulations of the terrain. It comes from having the population of London in the landmass of the continental US. It is less costly than making the roads a single grade by cutting hills and embanking valleys.

It also keeps you awake at the wheel.

Finally bought loadspace cover from Briish Off-Road. It is perfect part and service.

Thanks,
Harry
