I have come to relise that it is not worth all that money (tho I did not pay for any of my trip:p) to travel overseas when we have it all here in our great country and much easier to work out the money:(

I agree 100%.

We have travelled a bit O/S and I can't wait to get back home again.
We are really lucky in Australia as we have such a great choice of destinations - snow, surf, desert, tropics, cities,wilderness etc. etc.
Also we have such a great selection of international foods/restaurants.

There's no currency hassle, no language hassle (mostly anyhow:wasntme:) and it's home!!!

Some like travelling O/S often, and that's fine, but it's isn't for us.

My opinion anyhow.
