Wheel bearings going?

Something caught in the brake stone guard?

Brakes dragging?

Cheers

Seriously - are the pads backing off of the rotors - is there dirt causing friction.

if its a jeep, stand back and grab a fire extinguisher...

your either about to have the american tyre exploding fault or the jeep spontaneously combusting fault....
