200tdi turbos?

Has anyone else got an AIResearch turbo on their 200tdi d1?, they seem to spool up alot quicker then the standard garrett;)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe (memory is not crystal clear) the airesearch name was changed to garrett - or maybe was bought out and merged with garrett.

They are the same thing now, and Nissan I believe bought/ own Garret now. Like Mitsubishi own CAT...:(
