Does anyone know of an company that will repair seat belts?

no one will repair a seat belt, its not legal to. but you can get new ones to suit the original design. some places will remanufacture an original belt with new strap but thats usually got a good price tag on it.

the webbing colour may be different but you can get the original buckle profiles.

There is a place in WA I was told about that remanufactures seatbelts, been thru my Series info but cant find the name.Perhaps a GOOGLE may help.
Also, see EBAY,there seems to be alot of NOS(new old stock) series parts being advertised at the moment.Contact those selling to see if they have any seatbelts.
GOODLUCK
