Don't know if this will help much but you've probably already thought of Southern Cross Canvas - they'd be good but fairly dear I expect. Not too far from you though.
Also Carac Trailers in Dandenong do Canvas tops for their trailers they may be able help with custom work.

Try here - [url]http://www.xtrailcampers.com/
I purchased the deluxe version from them via auction on ebay
Paid approx $1600. for the tent only (no trailer)
They now have a showroom over in Bayswater - I think you need to ring for appointment. Best to go in for quality/specs.
Need more info PM me.

Hi Stuart,

I've got a Tambo Camper - they are made not far from you ( 2 Woodbine Court, Wantirna South, VIC 3152) - it's off Lewis road.

The bloke that does their canvas work is in a factory directly opposite. I can't remember his name, and I'm not sure about price - but he does excellent work and is not far from you at work.

Cheers,
Mark

.......

I've had Southern Cross do a few things for me and have always been very happy with the quality of the work and materials. They always seem to be very busy, but will accomodate urgent orders if necessary/possible. You get what you pay for there.

They have a showroom @ 172 Canterbury Rd Bayswater, to browse for ideas and view the quality/workmanship. 9729 5056.
