I’m not going to hijack FenianEel’s thread as I unintentionally did to someone else's thread and I’m not going into all the details but basically the video is of four scum bags hiding on a garage roof and throwing stones at passing vehicles.
The little scum bag who throws his arms up as a victory gustier after they hit a vehicle, is the one who lives at the place where all the scum bags are gathered.
I’d be interested in what everybody thinks should be done to these low lives and note, unlike FenianEel’s outcome when he rang the police, I have not only rung them 4 times, I even delivered a copy of the video to the local police station and still have not got a reply, let alone any action.

12gg shotgun with solid rubber slugs, won't kill but will sure as heck hurt them enough to think twice about the next rock they're about to throw....

Have you investigated the media route to shame the police into acting?

If you had found out the owners of the cars that had been damaged I am sure the insurance companies will take action to recover cost of repairs.
and have you sent a copy to the parents advising that a copy has been sent to the police. I have had my car Egged in my drive way washed off, but stones would dent and not wash off,or crack windscreen.

Hi Captain, part of the video has already been shown on 7 on TT about two weeks ago but unfortunately it was for a different story.
As for the police, It’s a long story but I and my neighbours have not not given up on finding a way to get the local cops to do their job.

Hi 4wd4fun, at the end of the video you can see the little turds getting off the roof. The reason for this is that the 4x4 they just hit, stopped and turned around so the scum bags legged it.
I just couldn't get outside quick enough to catch the 4x4.
It was an old Toyota but was in immaculate condition so the bloke had obviously done it up and although I did get his rego, I haven’t given it to the cops because they still have contacted me.
There is a bit of an up side to this whole sager, there is an action group in Mudgeeraba and one of the neighbours got on to them and I haven't now contacted them.
After hearing what has been going on up here, they contacted the boss of the local police station and according to the action group, he is going to give me a call. so I will wait and see.

Super Soaker (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super_Soaker) filled with a mixture of Tabasco Sauce and Cordial - might need your Sniper Camo gear so they don't see where it's coming from.
Works great on cats!
In larger models, the resulting blast is forceful enough that recoil can be felt.:twisted::twisted:

More patience than me Tim, they get away with it cause nobody does anything to them. If it were me, I would gather the respective neighbours and anyone else I could get my hands on and when the parents were at home with the kids all go and pay them a visit. Now if the coppers turn up, then maybe some action will take place,

Sorry, prob. with net connection so can't see the video but to be effective in stopping it I would want to know why they are doing it and work with that. They aren't just doing it because they are little tools althought it may seem this way. I suspect it may be more about their own up bringing. To punish them and put them under lock and keys means they will learn more about how to misbehave and become better at crime, I doubt we want this. To attack the root of the problem gives you a hope at ceasing it.

Hi Stevo, as you well know, the full story is a lot more involved and as selfish as it may sound, I suppose I should be grateful that they are targeting other and leave my property and my neighbours properties alone for a change.
This is the only way in and out of this section of the valley and there are about 200 homes up beyond their place so now they have succeeded in getting a hell of a lot more people p###ed off so I would not be surprised if someone does do something about/to them.
I and my immediate neighbours are determined to get the law to do what it’s supposed to do and to that end we are making sure we do nothing to these scum bags, so they don’t have any leverage when ( if ) the law acts.

Good luck Tim, sorry to hear you are still having to deal with this scum. As Stevo said you have a lot of patience.

XavKinda have to agree and disagree. Yes, upbringing is a major part...but then again I had a strong, disciplined upbringing, went to one of the top private schools and did some silly things as a youngster...like putting rocks on the road and cars having to stop and get them off so they could continue ( we lived out on large acreage). One time, as we hid in the bushes, a car stopped, person got out and yelled that they knew who we were.
We panicked :D, then as they drove off, we watched from the bushes and saw them put the indicator on to go down our street...at this stage we were petrified.....thankfully they continued and we never did it again. The point being we knew what we were doing was wrong, though we scared of being caught out by our parents. In this case as these kids continually do what they do.........are old enough to know better.........they are definately tools.
Now, looking at the root cause, if the parents dont give a rats, then you have to take direct action. If that means they are under lock and key and off the street, or if by chance they are out and about and strangers appear from nowhere and give them a flogging within an inch of their lives, they just may learn something. I have a 10 yr old son, if he were out egging or throwing stones at peoples houses....he would know perfectly well he was doing something wrong. If I caught him, not only would he know he was doing something wrong....he would also **** his pants because he would go from knowing what he was doing wrong to knowing what the consequences were for doing wrong in the first place.
In a perfect world, these rejects and their parents would be put on their own island to terrorise, kill, maim, and annoy each other ,

Last time a kid threw stones at my car I reefed on the hand brake and did a 180 in the suburban street.
I then reved the car to red line and dropped the clutch right up to the driveway where I again pulled the hand brake. By that time half the neighbours had come out so I openeed the door holding my head while screaming (Front windows were open).
Told em I was going to sue for the head injury.
Parents were rather worried about it whill I called the cops.
Pity the stone only hit the hub cap so I couldn't pretent beyond the formal complaint.
The young kids were in tears by then at least.
