Thats a GEMS one. Wont fit straight on as wiring is all different. However, if you are electrically minded, it is possible to adapt.
I just checked the RPi website. Although the link is there, it doesnt cross to it.
I have it saved on my PC at home ( at work atm) so will post it up when I get home later this arvo.

What's happening with your old one?
Mine was playing up recently. Signal would rise with air flow but would not rise very far. So I pulled it apart and saw the big resistor that is changed for fine tuning. I then whacked it with the screwdriver handle and it has been fine ever since AFAIK.
If it plays up again I'll replace the resistor.
Anyway, what's wrong with yours?

With the age of the LRD I am thinking of buying a new MAF before it packs in on me. It might be playing up now as the engine idle goes up and down slightly etc and everything else now replaced idler etc so I am hoping with a new MAF it will run even smoother or I have replaced it before it packs up and keep the old one around as a back-up.
So what have you guys paid for them new or scound hand.
There is one on ebay for $500 at the moment is that to high for a new one. ?

Mate I got a new genuine D2 one plus a genuine crank angle sensor for a lot less than that delivered.
Contact those that advertise on here and support AULRO.
I got mine from Rovacraft, contact Stuart(Stuart is his username)
Isnt "hunting" usually related to stepper motor issues in the D1/Classic rangie V8??? Do a search on "stepper motor",it controls the idle speed.

I haven't really read all the post in here, but if you can, make sure your MAF is buggered before replacing it. At first I was assuming that mine was kaput, then I decided to put in the effort to check only to find out that it was just well out of whack and working fine.

Ditto what Boxer said.
Cost new is about £1000 from a main dealer (and they want your old one).
