We are looking at new Tyres and we came across these Dunlop MT2s while looking, has anyone had these or know someone that has any experiences with them.

Without a doubt the best value for money M/T tyre i've used. I've just replaced them with another brand. I really wish i could find another set. I got 65,000ks off them with just one puncture over all kinds of terrain.
Can i ask where you found them?

Cheers Rob

Beaurepairs Hurstville, $280ea and the guy reckons they are available, that price is RRP of coarse, we may be able to get a better price, just waiting on the money and availability of Maxxis Bighorns at the right price, but may be considered if the price is right.

Hi Baz,
I had the earlier MT1, which were for 15" rims only as i had a set of 15's on my D1. They were the most underated tyre i have seen. They were excellent. Cheap well made & surprisingly not too loud on the road.

Cheers,

Thanks guys, i will see what price we can get them for today, then compare the price of the Bighorns too them, then decide from there.

I've been using MT2 in 235/85 16 on my S2a/S3/Disco for the last 4 years. Awesome tyres. No punctures, excellent grip wet and dry, great off road. Just need to Camel cut the new Disco and get a suspension lift to get them to fit so I can use them again!
