LR service in NQ

Hi All,
I am currently in Charters Towers and am planning ahead for getting my D3 serviced.

From a search of the forum it would seem that Tony Ireland, in Townsville doesn't have a good name for service. Also, it would seem that the Townsville independent, Tim Vinson, is not set up to handle the D3.

I guess this means Trinity in Cairns (despite Leeds bad experience which, I suspect, was with them). Can anyone confirm that they are the best option (or suggest alternatives)?

I also see that Trinity have two service centres, City & Southside. Is one centre to be preferred over the other?

I think Trinity are ok from what I have heard. They were certainly very helpful over the phone to me, and took stuff to the truck depot and so on when we got in trouble.

never had work done by them, but think others on here have.

trinity LR have just laid off 10 techs so not sure what the state of play is there now, Hypertuned Landrover in Cairns have got hardware/software for disco3`s so could give them a try
