does anyone know where there is an online repair manual for an r380 box from a 300tdi defender???

I don't know of one online, but you can order a CD online from here:

Everyone else seems to have the RAVE CD but I bought the LANDY CD. Mine has a 60 page manual for the R380.
I'm not sure what is on the other one. Someone will be able to tell you which is the better one for your job.

or google R380 manual. There are a few around if you need it ASAP. Other wise buying the RAVE CD is a better idea.
