2.25 deisel injectors

Hi I have just got my injectors back from being serviced and cant seem to make them go all the way home in the cylinder head? It has been a while since i sent them away so I cant remember if they are suposed to sit about 10mm off the head or push right down. I dont want to damage anything tying to force it.

they dont sit all the way down... If youve tried to make that happen by pulling them down on the studs youve stuffed the sealing washer at the bottom (the steel one) if youve gone just too tight and if youve given it some serious spanner action youve possabley distorted the studs, or the injector body...

its bugger all but it can be just enough to unseat the body/cap seal in the latter or allow the injector to lift a touch and give you blowpast the injector...
