Quick and to the point
How rare is a standard Series III 109 3 Door Diesel, (with original motor)?
Worth hanging onto?
Thanks

I got one! she is in great nick, original motor, and stock. Exept for wheels and tyres and military shackels about to go in.
I reacon they are worth hanging on to and cheap to run if looked after.
I would also like to know how rare they are too.
cheers
Will.

don't think they are that rare, around here there have been 3 for sale in the past couple of months, one i great nick ( read no firewall rust) went for 500 and the current one don;t know how much he wants for it, but it has good firewall rust.

Hey guys how about a SWB Series 3 Diesel? Are these rare at all? :)

Probably the most common Series 3 was a diesel trayback. But the only really uncommon ones would be five door wagons. Swb are less common than lwb, as by Series 3 time the Australian preference for larger vehicles was definitely showing.
