ok heres the deal i have a 2000 v8 disco, tripping the lights got theshuttle valve changed out but the lights still keep going and the landrover garage tell me theres nothing they can do besides changing out the whole modulator are they full of **** or am i stuffed

I think your talking about your dipper switch for your headlights? Common problem switch overheats and plastic around switch melts. You can overcome the problem by fitting relays to the high & low beams. You can repair the switch if you are handy if not you will have to outlay the money for a new one

no sorry i wasnt very clear, im talking about the 3 amigos fault with ym abs unit

Do a search on the site for the 3 amigos. Plenty of posts and fixes. Anything from squeeling brakes, mud etc etc.

i too just got that switch changed today on my 2000 v8 d2 but i hope it fixes it:(

hey mate what did gthey change they showed me just the bottom of the unit that they changed out, dunno if thats all
