Fuel Filter on Disco S2 V8

At the risk of sounding totally incompetant, can anyone tell me where to find the fuel filter on my Series 2 Disco. I was told that it would be on the inside of the chassis rail, all I can find there is a plastic box which I'm guessing may be the fuel filter.... but if so it looks nothing like the round canister type I was expecting to find.

Hi, Im not 100% sure,

But I think you will find it bolted to the chassis rail just infront of the rear right hand wheel. If you look in the rear wheel arch and slightly forward, I think you will see it there on the chassis rail near the top.

AFAIR from a previous question the result was that the D2 does not have a fuel filter other than the sock on the fuel pump. Maybe something to do with the Motronic being a one way system with the regulator and bypass in the tank.
