D2: roofracks & hood lining

2 questions: 1: I have a 02 disco without roof rails. I would like to add them, I can purchase same at right price, just need to know if all disco's have the required mounts???
2:Hood lining is starting to sag[ the material cover over hood lining] is this common? What is the easiest fix,and has anyone else in FNQ- Cairns area- had the repair done and if so where and the cost??
