Mine is worn out. Seems it is just a bush?
Has anyone replaced/repaired it? Have a PN for the offending item?

The pulley has two bearings that are retained by circlips and are easy to knock out. Failing that a replacement pully is easily obtainable from a bearing supply shop. I had to replace mine because it was cracked - about $50.00 for a steel pully of the right spec - otherwise I would have just replaced the bearings.

PS I will look my records and see if I can find a part number for you
