battery in rear

gday i have a v8 d2 and have the second 55amphour batt in the tray but it does not run my fridge well , i have ade draws for the rear anyone know if i can put a send battery in parallel with it to boost it ? ie gell cell?

You can put a battery in the rear in parrallel - its a fairly standard setup. I don't think that I'd use a gel cell though as they're slow to recharge. Just a normal sealed deep cycle battery.
