Is there an Australian distributor for these?
Devon 4x4 have exclusive rights to sell them in the UK after Matt Lee got out of the retail side of the business. They cost UKP143 for an 8 x 16 wheel powder coated in silver or black.
Importing 5 will be a costly affair. I understand customs duties cut in at anything over $1,000 in value after which you can pay up to 50% in duties. Of course, the wheels could be brought in in 2 lots to get the value of each under 1,000, but then you pay extra for the shipping - and these are steel wheels not alloy so they cost more (UKP188 for 2, and UKP250 for 3 wheels according to Devon).
My opinion is they're the ultimate LR wheel, and before anyone chips in, no I don't think the Zu look-a-likes somehow quite compare.
