Holy Crap !!!!!!

Just got back from down the street to get a couple of things and holy crap the place is packed :eek: . Don't think i have ever seen so many people shopping in one hit . people with trolley loads of stuff thinking they can't shop for a month . Safeway is only shut for one day here so i don't see the big panic about having to buy 12 months worth of food :eek:

I hate going any where near a shop at this time of year. I have to go to the bank today and am fearing the trip , no parking, and long line ups.

I placed an order with the butcher on Friday...picked up yesterday...all cryopacked and frozen, then the supermarket at 9:30 last night, it was a breeze:D:D:D:D:D:D

Well I nipped out and got the important stuff.....2 x cases of Stella and a bottle of kahlua for the purty one....apparently that doesnt constitute a pressie:angel:......so after dropping off 2 of my kids ( theres 4 all up...oh and a steppy that makes 5) to the ex...then off to the shops. All ready ****ed up......I bought new gunners CD and Snow Patrol for her ( so I could then nick back) at Target as 2 cds for $35......she also bought me same.....darn it...so have to go back and exchange that as well. Only reason she asked she snooped on the internet on our bill charges :).....nothing gets past her let me tell ya,
